What kind of company?

We mainly work on semiconductors.
We have three clean rooms and semiconductor-related equipment such as testers, enabling manufacturing that meets customer needs.
In addition, we are a highly motivated company that actively engages in various new businesses other than semiconductors.
In an environment where all engineers have high technical skills, even employees who have not been with the company for a short period of time can be entrusted with work, which is unique to small and medium-sized companies.

Founded in 1993. In the semiconductor industry, the position of the Japanese semiconductor industry in the world has changed significantly in the last 10 years. In order to meet the needs of the development of electronics, which are becoming more advanced, diversified, and complicated, we have a limitless desire to take on challenges and change with the times.

Where？

We are based in Kitsuki City, Oita Prefecture. Due to business expansion, we moved from Hiji-machi to Kitsuki-shi in 2022.

What is the site area?

The site area is about 6,600 square meters, which is about the same size as a soccer field. The strength of the area is that it has equipment that can handle everything from semiconductor development to mass production contracts, which is rare for an independent company.

Who is the customer?

Our main customers are semiconductor manufacturers and semiconductor equipment manufacturers such as Toshiba, Toyota, Denso, Sony, Renesas, Nuvoton Technology Japan, Tokyo Electron, Teradyne, and Toppan Printing.

What kind of people are employees?

Our company encourages anybody to speak out. It is an environment where you can acquire high-quality technology because the seniors have high technical skills and you can ask anyone to teach you.
In private life, employees with various hobbies such as futsal, golf, and fishing are working. There are many employees who like events, and they are actively involved in club activities and recreational activities. In 2019, we rented out a racing kart track for a competition, and it was a blast! ! We have proud employees who are passionate about their work and their hobbies.

The CEO is active and friendly!
He has many hobbies such as traveling, golf, fishing, camping, and futsal, and he loves fun and new things! He also actively participates in company events. He is curious and always keeps the company going!

What is schedule for the day?

8:45Arrive at office: Check email and schedule for the day, create a to-do list, and more.

10:00A meeting: Have a meeting about the project I am in charge of. Most of our meetings with customers are via web conferencing.

12:00Lunch: You can eat out, but many employees bring their lunches and eat them inside the company. There are also convenience stores and bento shops nearby.

13:00Back to work: Continue to work on the project. Since each project is handled by a team, communication within the company is also active.

17:45Leave the office: Complete paperwork and leave the office on time if they have finished what they need to do for the day. There is little overtime, so you can spend time with your hobbies and family.
